Coach Kyle Levasseur

Kyle Levasseur enters his first season with the Eagle Rays as volunteer assistant coach and head of player development! 

Kyle grew up in Kobe, Japan, where his father was a basketball coach. Kyle played AAU basketball competitively from ages 9-16, after his family relocated from Japan to Ft. Myers, Florida. He was a 4-year high school varsity basketball player and 3-year starter at point guard. 

Professionally, Kyle has been a high school basketball assistant in Palm Beach County and Dade County, at Jupiter High School and John F Ferguson High School respectively.

In 2023, Kyle was selected as one of 125 students to attend NBA Summer League, where he was part of Sports Business Classrooms weeklong immersive experience, studying scouting, video, and analytics from NBA scouts, general managers, and former players/coaches. Kyle currently works full-time as a youth basketball coach/skills trainer for Attitude is Everything, where he has more than 500 sessions of training experience.
