Bio
Lionel Manning transfers to UIC from ASA College in Miami, FL. Manning graduated from Vanguard High School in Ocala, FL, where he played for four years for the boys’ basketball program. Manning was recognized as a Central Florida All-Star his senior season and the best student, athlete, and person at Vanguard High School. Manning is pursuing his degree in Travel and Tourism and plans to play professional basketball once he graduates.
